300KN Automatic Electro Hydraulic Compression Testing Machin is mainly designed for testing the compression strength of cement and mortar.It can fulfill the test automatically according to the requirements, which lists in the inspection method for the strength of cement and mortar, also possess the below advantages, such as: realizing screen display of test data and test curves. 2.Hydraulic system
Hydraulic oil tank high pressure pump driven by the motor into the circuit, flows through the check valve, high pressure filter, pressure valve, servo valve, into the cylinder. Computer control signals to the servo valve, the control and direction of the servo valve opening to control the flow into the cylinder to achieve constant test force control.
3.The control system
System, including digital servo valve, high-precision sensors, controllers and software, high control precision and reliability. Meet the GB, ISO, ASTM and other standards on cement, mortar, concrete and other materials testing requirements.
System has the following features:
•Closed-loop control with force;
•Loading rate to achieve such load or other stress rate loading;
•The use of computer realization of electronic measurement, automated test;
•Computer automatically calculates the results and print reports.
•Excel Test reports can be exported to Excel to design

4.Safety devices
When the test force exceeds the maximum test force of 3%, the overload protection, oil pump motor stops.
