SSH-1 wet sieve is used to tes sand content of drilling fluid and heavy metal. Put drilling fluid on the filter screen, pour water on the drilling fluid and filter then test sand content of drilling fluid and heavy metal, at last we can get the percentage.

The drilling fluid on the filter net, using the filtered water erosion of drilling fluid, sediment concentration and determination of drilling fluid barite, and the sieve residue percentage.
Principle of work: the water is used by the prescribed pressure (pressure gauge display pressure should be 10psi obtained by the pressure reducing valve) through the nozzle in the time of drilling fluid which must be measured or barite on the sieve (220 mesh or 325 mesh sieving) water (wet sieve sieve residue) and get into number.
Wet sieve instrument SSH-1 working pressure and effective filtration area all adopt the API standard, Bowl Capacity 400ml. for drilling fluid.
