Organic paint is coated on the steel sheet in a variety of colors, thus getting the name of color-painting steel sheet. With galvanized steel sheet as the base, it has been coated with an organic layer, which can prevent it from rust, so it has longer life. Its life is 50% longer than the ordinary galvanized steel sheet. The color-painting sheet features even color, smooth and flat paint film, beautiful appearance, color and light protection for paint film, strong adhesiveness, rapture, peeling, aging, mist and salt resistance. The paint film can endure direct cutting, bending, punching and other mechanical processing, and can be made into any shape. It is widely used in architecture (corrugated sheet and light steel structure of houses0; transporting industry (automobile roof, vehicle & ship separator, container); household light products (shell of referigerator, cooler, washing machine, airconditioner, etc), as well as metalsheet processing products and furniture.
