   Wilgex addressable dmx led neon flex is usually packed on wooden reel or high quality plastic reel, you can choose one of them. And each reel packed in a high quality color carton with a User Manual. We also accept to stick your logo on the carton if required.

A: If we have stock, the samples will be ready within 1 day. If no stock, but we have other similar orders, the samples will be ready within 3 days. We usually don't produce samples becuase the quantity is too small. But if you would like to pay for it, we can also produce samples for you :-)

Q: How to deal it if the products is damaged when installing?

A: Usually it is not easy be damaged if installed in the right way according to our User Manual. If happens, don't worry, we will send extra accessories to help fix the neon flex. If accessories can’t solve the problem, we will send you the replacement neon flex directly. And also remember that our warranty is 2 years.
