Q1: How does the jump starter identify the car to be 12V or 24V?
A: Our jump starter can identify the car automatically in normal condition.But when the car battery is too low to identity, pls press the indicator three seconds (attention to the corresponding voltage) to start the car.
Q2: What will the operator do when the jump starter can not identify the voltage automatically?
A: Pls ask for help from auto manufacturers or related professions.
