The HJII5000UV is now available in a 4 Color or 6 color configuration, featuring 16 Spectra Polaris print heads. The UV lamps instantly dries the UV-curable Premium inks, these specially formulated inks yield a wider color gamut and exhibit excellent flexibility and superior adhesion on a variety of materials fabric, canvas, vinyl, plastic film, paper and polyester including 100% PE eco-friendly opening many new markets. Capable of printing fast high quality images at speeds of 252 sqm/hr in 2-pass Billboard mode at 1200 dpi, which is perfect for Outdoor application. It is the most productive digital solution for outdoor applications in speed and quality for billboards and building wraps.

  

1. High Resolution and High Speed Printing

HJII5000UV can be equipped with up to 16 Spectra Polaris print heads, with option of 4 and 6 colors. Capable of printing fast high quality images at speeds of 252 sqm/hr in 2-pass Billboard mode. The highest resolution can be up to 1200 dpi. This is a perfect for Outdoor application.

 

2. Environmentally friendly UV-curable inks 

Flora HJII 5000UV gives the prefect print with brighter images and solid colors using dedicated environmentally friendly UV-curable Premium inks, these specially formulated inks yield a wider color gamut and exhibit excellent flexibility and superior adhesion on a variety of materials including 100% PE eco-friendly. Instant UV curing that increase usable output, reduce waste and increase profits.

 

3. Wide variety of substrates UV ink can print on variety of substrates. UV ink Prefect for the following applications: billboards, building wraps, displays, exhibition, event graphics, exterior signage, indoor posters; interior decoration, murals, point of sale/display, POP/POS, double-sided backlit, double-sided banners.
