What is the delivery time?

We will arrange the production as soon as possible after we receive the payment. As it is generally the case, it will take about 2 to 3 weeks to prepare the machines. But sometimes we have to do some adjustment according to the production plan of the manufacture department, so it may take more than 3 weeks.

What is the warranty period?

1-year guarantee/Warranty, Life-long Maintenance. During the warranty period, you can change the parts free of charge if the parts broken under the normal use condition and the maintenance/repair is also free of charge.

And you can turn to us for help to solve any problems about the counters within or even after 1-year warranty period.

Can I have some discount?

Different price for different order quantity, the more you order, the better price you can get.

How to update the machine?

If new version of banknotes is issued, you can use sampling box to capture the images of new banknotes and email us. Our technicians will develop the software for you to update the machines. It is free of charge.
