Structure:

• Inner Rubber Layer: Adopted natural rubber, polyurethane rubber and other compounded rubber as the principal raw material, and mixed with special reinforcing agent.
• Pressure bearing Layer: Used good quality fiber cloth (canvas) or chemical fabric (thread cord) as the enhancement layer, better flexibility and pressure capacity.
• Reinforced layer: According to the technological requirements, adopted the high tenacity copper plating spring steel wire.
• Outer Rubber Layer: Employing natural rubber and compounded rubber, wear resistance, anti-oxidant, good appearance and long service life.

Suitable Materials:

Quartz sand, steel grit, mud sand, steel ball, cement, cement concrete, dry-mixed motar, pulverized coal, carbon powder and mineral powder.

Common Specifications:

• For the slurry suction and discharge rubber hose, if the Akron abrasion is 0.2 and the out diameter is 128mm,it can work for about 3 year for slurry suction and discharge.
• The working time of the slurry suction and discharge rubber hose has a close relationship with the delivery material.
