RTV high conductive thermal grease wide working temperature

Thermal conductive silicone grease, this product with good thermal conductivity and insulating properties of metal oxides with the silicone compound into a paste. Product has excellent heat conductivity, good electrical insulation, wide working temperature (operating temperature:-50 ° c ~+200 ° c), good stability, low consistency and good construction performance, this product is non-toxic, corrosive, odorless, not dry, not dissolved.

Products can be use in any electronic product ,Such as the CPU and heat sink to fill gaps, high power triode, diode thruster components, and base materials (aluminum, copper) contact at the crack of heat transfer media.
