Stainless Steel Reinforced Flexible Corrugated Rubber Hose

Structure:

Ø Inner Rubber Layer: Natural rubber, polyurethane rubber and other compounded rubber
Ø Reinforced Layer: Used good quality fiber cloth (canvas) or chemical fabric (cord thread)
Ø Outer Rubber Layer: Employing natural rubber and compounded rubber,

Features: Better flexibility, high abrasion resistant, high pressure resistant, wear resistant, anti-oxidant, good appearance and long service.

Application:

Ø Widely used for all types of sand blasting machine.
Ø Widely used for rust cleaning of hull in shipbuilding industry, derust and harden for the oil tank, anticorrosion for the bridge and water conservancy.

Suitable Materials:

Quartz sand, steel grit, mud sand, steel ball, cement, cement concrete, dry-mixed motar, pulverized coal, carbon powder and mineral powder.

1) For the high abrasion resistant sand blasting rubber hose, if the Akron abrasion is 0.2 and the out diameter is 51mm, it can work for about 1000 hours for delivery the steel sand.

2) The working time of the sand blasting rubber hose has a close relationship with the delivery material.
