Technical Prameters

Operation :

1.The raw material should be put into the machine after the machine running nor

   mally. 

2.This machine is not allowed to start with the material in the machine. If the ma

   chine stops because of stoppage, the residual material in the machine should be 

   cleaned,then start the machine again.

3.The material should be put into the machine uniformly, not sometimes much 

   sometimes less. It's better to use a feeding equipment.

4.The bearing part should be add butter regularly.

5.Every bolt should be checked to avoid looseness.

6.To avoid damaging other parts ,the bearing should be changed in time  

7.While the machine is running formally, you should check if there is a abnormal 

 sound in the reducer box and or bearing part, if there is a too high temperature, if 

 there is too big motor current and so on. If it happened, you should stop the ma

 chine to remedy of the trouble.

8.The motor Vbelt should be removed while you examine and repair the machine 

  taking account of  your safety.
