Acid and Alkali Resistant and Delivery Rubber Hose

Structure:

• Ø  Inner Rubber Layer: Nitrile rubber, Chloroprene rubber, fluoride rubber.
• Ø  Reinforced Layer: Fiber cloth (canvas) or chemical fabric (cord thread), or steel wire as the reinforcement.
• Ø  Outer Rubber Layer: Employing natural rubber and compounded rubber, wear resistant, anti-oxidant, good appearance and long service life.

Features: smooth, high resistant to bending, stretching and ageing. Acid and alkali resistant. High temperature resistant.

Application: Apply to delivery all kinds of strong and weak alkali, weak acid.

Suitable Materials:

• Ø  Alkali: ammonia water, sodium bicarbonate, potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide.
• Ø  Acid: Carbonic acid, acetic acid, hydrosulfuric acid, hypochlorous acid, nitrous acid, phosphoric acid,oxalic acid, formic acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrobromic acid, hydroiodic acid and perchloric acid.

1)         The working time of the acid and alkali resistant rubber hose has a close relationship with the delivery materials and the temperature.
