Wood crusher machine(sawdust machine) is a kind of wood machinery equipment in making wood chips into sawdust. It is waidely used for paper-making, mechanism charcoal, drying process line,wood particle board ect.

The raw material always are wood logs and branches, coconut shell, peanut shell, straw and so on.

How does the sawdust machine make wood log and tree branch to sawdust ?

1. The wood log diameter shall be smaller than the mouth of sawdust making machine(sawdust machine).

2. Putting the wood log directly in to mouth of wood sawdust crusher machine which with rotation blades and hammer shaft. The wood log will gradually be dragged into the crusher blades. In the crushing chamber ,the wood log chipped by the blades first, then the chipped wood chips hammed by the rotation hammers ,it become smaller and smaller until it can come out from the bottom screen and then you can get the fine sawdust.

Wood chipping first , making sawdust second; Both of them are completed in one crushing chamber.
