Usually ship with 40'HQ Container, 20'ft container can load around 50msqm foam cement house, each 40'HQ Container can load around 100sqm foam cement house.		It takes around 15 days to purchase all the raw materials, including windows, doors, decorations and facility for ktichen and bathroom.

5.Payment Terms:

1)T/T: 30% payment in advance, 70% balance by T/T before delivery
