Performance
Installation and Test run The machine is a movable design and need no fixed foundation just place the machine smooth and steady. 1,If there is clearance between the lead head and the candle mould cavity, expanding the punch can be used to strike the lead head lightly, so that the fitting between the lead head and the candle mould will be closed sealed to prevent any leakage of wax liquid. 2,Threading with candle wick. When threading with candle wick on a candle moulding machine of 240 piece capacity, attention shall be paid to the treading method. Since there are 8 rows of candle moulding tubes on water tank, and there are 10 rows of spool in the spool will be too far from the hole on the cover of the spool box, and this may result in a mess of the threading. Therefore, grouping method must be adopted. Threading starts from both ends and advances to the middle part, only by this means can threading be prevent from getting into a mess.
Operation Process
Packing and transportation Candles once were made from tallow and beeswax until after about 1850, they were made mainly from spermaceti and purified animal fats (stearin). Today, most candles are made from paraffin wax. Candles can also be made from beeswax, soy, other plant waxes, and tallow (a by-product of beef-fat rendering). Gel candles are made from a mixture of mineral oil and a polymer. The candle can be made of paraffin (a product of petroleum refining), microcrystalline wax, stearin (now produced almost exclusively from palm waxes though initially manufactured from animal fats), beeswax (a byproduct of honey collection), gel (a mixture of polymer and mineral oil), some plant waxes (generally palm, carnauba, bayberry, or soybean wax), tallow (rarely used since the introduction of affordable and cheap wax alternatives) or spermaceti (extracted from the head of a Sperm Whale). The size of the flame and corresponding rate of burning is controlled largely by the candle wick.
Before the invention of electric lighting, candles and oil lamps were commonly used for illumination. In areas without electricity, they are still used routinely. Until the 20th century, candles were more common in northern Europe. In southern Europe and the Mediterranean, oil lamps predominated. In the developed world today, candles are used mainly for their aesthetic value and scent, particularly to set a soft, warm, or romantic ambiance, for emergency lighting during electrical power failures, and for religious or ritual purposes. Scented candles are used in aromatherapy.
