A: The products are supplied with factory price and we promise you a good price. But the exact price is based on the model you want and the quantity, the quantity is bigger, the price would be lower.

2. Q: How can I pay you?

A: We accept T/T, LC, Western Union, Paypal, cash and so on.

3. Q: When shall I pay you?

A: Generally you need to pay us before delivery. But for our old & reliable customers, we can accept installment payment.

4. Q: Can we have one small order to try?

A: Yes, we can offer sample for test.

5. Q: If my other suppliers have no right to export, can you help?

A: Yes, we can. We can buy the export license, do the customs declaration and ship the goods out to you, or you can mix the goods with ours to ship out together.

7. Q: Can you produce the products with our logo and information?

A: Yes, we supply OEM service. 

8. Q: What can I do if I get the products with bad quality or broken?

A: If it’s not your responsibility to broke them, then we will try to guide to repair or directly change new/ good ones to you.  

9. Q: When can the products be delivered out?

A: Usually in 7 days after the order is confirmed. But if the quantity is too big, we will need several days more to prepare and produce.
