We have these following details of quality standard:

(1) For the Raw Material: choose the food grade & 100% non-toxic silicone. The raw material we used has passed the SGS, RoHS and FDA tests.

(2) For the Color: matching color strictly as PANTONE. Then sampling, check the color of actual product, whether as same as your desired .If yes, starting mass production; if no, matching again.

(3) For the Printing: check the craft, by ethanol immersion, whether the printing part is clean, beautiful, firm and durable.

(4) For the Finished Product: check the appearance, whether complete and beautiful. Checking 5 times at least.

(5) For the Packages: making strictly as your request. Confirming the design and material with you before production.

Sample Details :

>Sampling according to your requirements ;

>Cost depends on your logo and design ,free for the ready - made mold or large quantity ;

>Sampling need 5~7 days ;

>Sample fee :Free( samples less than 3pcs),the shipping cost must be burdened by buyers;

>A large quantity of samples fee is returnable as part payment of the order;

>Mass production after sample confirmed , which need 7-20 days as usual.

Shipment :

>For small quantity : By DHL / FEDEX / UPS / TNT , freight on buyer ;

>For large quantity : By sea from Shenzhen port.
