Samples can be made according to your requirment,send us your detais with picture or samples.

Free samples are offered according to your order quantity. And sample fee will be returned to you after order confirm.

If the samples we have in stock, Usually we supply some free samples ( total value under 15 USD) if you have a Fedex, DHL, TNT freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.

If total sample value over 15 USD, please pay for the samples and courier freight to your address. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.(we never use normal air mail for sample)

Every time we can ship our newest design cases together with your placed order .(Samples and DHL fee are freely )

Quality Check and Warranty:

We have a strict QC department in the factory, all raw material must be inspected before mass production. semi-product and final product must be checked very carefully on production line. pick up defective ones and pack the good ones.

And we check our products one by one before we pack and ship to make sure they are all what you ordered, to make sure the quantity be in good condition.

We provide 6 months to 12 months international warranty depending on the product. We accept free replacement for unqualified products. Buy with confidence!

All returns, whether for defective products or otherwise, must be pre-authorized by us. Please contact us to get approval before shipping the returned products. The products must be in original condition.

In all cases, shipping fees for the return of an item (whether for refund or exchange) are the responsibility of the buyer. Replacement merchandise will be shipped free of charge.

Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of the returned products.

How to order

If you are interested in our products and want to place an order, firstly contact us by: email sales at , or contact with us online by Trademanager and we will send you our price list.

After that you can make a list of the products or just show the pictures that you are interested in and send it to us so that we can prepare the Proforma Invoice with freight cost and bank account for your checking.

After you receive the Proforma Invoice you can send us the 30% depositor full payment (for small order)using Western Union or Bank Transfer or Paypal.

Once we received your full payment we will prepare your goods and ship them out within 1-2 working days. And you need provide the following information for us.

a) Shipping information - Contact Name, Company name, Detail address, Phone number, Fax number.

b) Product information - model numbers, quantity, pictures

c) Delivery time required 

d) Freight payment (by collect or prepare)

e) Or if you have own forwarder, tell me their contact details

Payment 

We accept these kinds of payments: Cash, Bank Transfer (T/T), Western Union, MoneyGram, and Paypal

Cash payment is only available for the customers those can come to our office or store.

30% in advance balance before shippment. If it is only small payment, u can arrange the full payment to us

We never accept COD term and partial payment, no matter how big your order is. Please understand this.

In order to short the delivery time, please fax or email us a wire transfer copy once you settle the payment, we'll arrange production once get that copy and delivery ASAP after full payment done.

Shipping

1. Your orders will be shipped within 1/2 working days from the receiving of the full payment.

2. Usual order: By express, DHL/ UPS/ Fedex/ EMS etc. It takes 3-5-7 working days to reach u ,and it is door to door fast service

3. Large order: By sea or By air, and it would not be the first choice, but we can do it after we discuss the details.

4. Will choose the best and convenient way for your need

5. Once we ship we will send you the tracking number on next day so that you can track your parcel online.

6. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties if applicable.
