GRI cast-in channels allow flexible fixing options, combined with individual anchoring elements. Precast Concrete Anchor channels and anchor bolt, from M6, M12, M16, M20, M24, M27, M30, to meet with the channels size 49/30, 50/30, 52/34, 40/25, 38/17, 28/15, etc.

T bolt have black, HDG and EP surface treatment, and different grade 4.6/8.8

The T-bolts are widely used in the anchoring system and available in a choice of diameters and lengths

for each cast-in channel size

Fixings to cast-in channels are by drop forged T-head bolts, face-entered into the channel after the concrete has set. The projecting bolt has a notch on the end of the shank so that the correct engagement of the T-head in the channel lips can be clearly seen. The allowable load capacity of a fixing depends on the channel type and the anchor spacing and position

We provide full range of anchor channel system: Cold rolled anchor channel (28/15 - 54/33), Hot rolled anchor channel (40/22 - 52/34), Flat head T bolt, hook head T Bolt.

Advantages: The cast-in channel produced with our specially designed cold rolling machine, the accurate dimensions of the channel is ensured even with stainless steel channel. The right qulified material is selected to ensure the breaking load as well as the good ductility.

Our improved swaging process strengthens the bond between the anchor and the channel.

Our stainless steel A4 cast-in channels has been approved authority testing center, and used in the important brilliant projects in the world.

Packaging unit

All GRI anchor channel and anchor bolt will be delivered in standard packaging units for more comfortable handling at the construction side. These packaging units are also an advantage for our resellers.

Testing

Mechanical and chemical testing of all steel channels and anchor bolt is necessay before and after each production. And we also send our product to authority lab according to customers requirement.
