*  We provide printed paper napkins up to 6 spot colors with water based ink printing and our products has passed FDA and CE approval. Our packing bag is made of tough food grade material and we use strong cartons with partitions for exporting to prevent any crushing damage caused while shipping. At the present, we are supplying to customers worldwide, besides of our in house designs, we also provide both OEM and ODM services.

How should i process the order?

Please send us email and provide us the specification as much as possible such as paper napkin's dimension, quantity, material,  package, etc, if customized design, provide us the design art-work as well. According to your request, we will quote in detail.

What Can I do if I cannot provide such detail specifications?

Please send us the information as much as you know. We will make a price for your reference which based on our experience. If you really have no idea of the specs or custom designs, please try to find some photos of the products

What format of art-work need i provide?

Please provide art-works in AI or PDF format and with DPI not less than 300. If you have no idea of how to make designs, pictures with DPI not less than 200 is also workable for us to print, or send us you general idea of the design and our designer will make design according to your request.

Can I get samples?

Yes. We can send you sample for free, but the freight is on your account, besides, the sample are our in house designs.

Can you make sample for custom design?

Yes. We can. But there is a sample charge, this charge will be refunded according to your quantity after order confirmed, if your order quantity meet MOQ100,000pcs/design, it will be fully refunded.

How long does it take to make sample?

It's about 5 to 10 days

What's the production lead time?

It depends on the quantity. It varies from 10 to 30days.

Do you have any certificate or test report of your products?

We have test report of RoHs-CE standard which covers the area of heavy metal, Chemical component and bacteria etc. also with CPSIA approval.
