2.About Quality Warranty

 How about the warranty? We offer 3 to 5 years warranty for LED corn light. 
 2.1 All products are gone through strict test by our experienced QC before shipment. But there may be some unpredictable problem, We’ll send you parts repair or send you a new one to replace. 
 2.2. Quality guarantee is based on storing, installing, operating and maintaining correctly in the normal operation condition. 
 2.3. It is not included in our maintaining range when installing inappropriately, breaking the operating rules, and leading to the products damaging. 
 2.4. Our company will maintain the right to either repair, parts replacing, or products exchange during the quality warranty period.

1. Are you factory direct? 
Yes, we have our own factory, all of our products are with competitive factory price. 
2. Do you have a special price and service for wholesale? 
Yes, we have the most competitive and best service to support our wholesale customers. We do supply OEM&ODM service for the wholesale; we can make your brand and logo on the package. 
3. What payment methods can I use? And how secure is my payment? 
Currently, you can pay by  Visa,Paypal, MasterCard, Bank Transfer and Western Union. 
4. How long does it take for my order to be shipped? And how long can I receive it?
Generally, your order will be shipped within 7-15 working days after your payment verified by Aliexpress. But in cas e of any hot products without raw material, it will need 15-20 days. 
5. How about the warranty? 
We offer 3 years warranty. All products are gone through strict test by our experienced QC before shipment. But there may be some unpredictable problems. We’ll repair the products for free cost of labor within the warranty period. Man-made falut and damage do not in our warranty.
