FDH-3901 Water Washout Characteristics Tester of Lubricating Greases

Scope

Applied standards: SH/T0109, ASTMD1264, IP215

Applied scope: testing grease resistance to water.

The grease sample loaded ball bearings, ball bearings and the bearing sleeve is provided with provisions within the gap, and turn to 600r/min + 30r/min speed. The control water in 38 DEG C or 79 DEG C to speed spray of fixed at 5ml / S + 0.5mL/s in the bearing sleeve, to within 60 min by water to wash away the grease quantity to measure the anti leaching ability of water of the grease.

5. Grease resistance to water washout analyzer transmission mechanism from the motor through a belt driven set of the bearing assembly;
