1.Description of Shandong Yaohua Glass

On-line coated (pyrolitic process): this is a clear glass which has been coated with a metal oxide through pyrolysis when the glass leaves the tin bath (at 650°C). The coating is therefore very resistant to mechanical damage, and this Low-E glass can be cut, tempered or laminated just as normal uncoated glass.

Off-line coated (magnetron process): is a clear glass which has received, on one of its faces, a silver coating applied by magnetically-enhanced cathodic sputtering. This type of Low-E must be used exclusively in insulating glass, with the coating on an internal face. It can be tempered and laminated.

1.Offline Low-E glass cannot be used as a single glazing and must be sealed or processed into insulating glass unit within a very short time as the metallic oxide coating is prone to undesirable reactions once exposed to air.
2.Emissivity of Low-E insulating glass is 0.02 ~ 0.11, while that of uncoated glass is 0.84.
3.In tropical or subtropical areas, the Low-E coating should be positioned on #2 surface (facing inward from outside the building), while positioned on #3 surface in temperate areas.

Description:	Insulation glass is composed of two or more pieces of glass,there is aluminum tube adhered between two pieces of glass, which is internally irrigated with desiccant, at the same time, the hollow portion of the aluminum tube is filled up with dry air or inert gas before sealed with polysulfide sealant or structural adhesive in order to make the glass energy saving, warm keeping, and anti-dew

Function and characteristics:	1. Energy Saving: For the low heat conductibility of the sealed air between the glass, the insulated glass can reduce heat transfer from inside to outside. Therefore, it can save energy by 30%-50%.
	2. Sound Insulation Performance: Single layer glass can reduce noise to 20-22dB. Normal insulated glass can reduce noise to 29-31 while special insulated glass to 45dB.
	3. Anti-dew: Insulated glass is filled enough desiccant which can efficiently absorb vapor in the inner space or penetrated from outside to ensure the gas in inner space is absolutely dry and won't dew.
