The esr tube is specially used for the webster's esr blood sedimentation method to collec and anti-freezing the blood samples during the hemocyte sedimentation rate examination.

Soon after the sampling,turn the tube 180^o upside down,shaking and mixing 6-8 times, sodium citrate:blood 1:4 .
