1.Main Introduction:

Hardgrove Grindability Tester is a special tester for testing the grindability of sof coal and blind coal.

It takes grinding law as the theoretical basis (the energy consumed in coal grinding is proportional to the new surface area of coal dust).

Under the conditions specified in GB2656/T1998 "Coal Grindability Index Determination Methods" (Hardgrove method) ,the tester would grind,sieve and weigh the prepared coal sample,later you can get the grindability index from the index charts of standard coal sample.If the index is biger,then the sample coal is easier to be broken.

2.Features:

Auto-lifting of grinding bowl, auto-loading, auto-counting of revolution

The tester will stop automatically when the counter shows 60 revolutions.

Built-in program of linear regression correction curve, the calibration realizes automatic calculation

The emergency stop is available if malfunction happens,and the revolutions will be accumulated after restarting.
