The result of the analysis can be marked on the images directly or reported out and saved in CSV format.

Original images can be called out for comparison to analyze any abnormal phenomena conveniently. You may choose any image and can choose any conditions to analyze the original image for convenient and quick analysis.
[Automatic Navigation]
If you use a mouse to click any point of the navigation image, the object carrier will move automatically to any point to be detected. You can also check back the position of every point last saved and the measured conditions (e.g. current, voltage, etc.) The measured images can be visualized on screen with simple operation and intuitive and accurate positioning.
