CIM-3200HC Coercive Force Meter is an instrument for measuring the coercive force of soft magnets. It can measure soft magnets with shape of strip, bar and sheet, and also magnetic components, such as relay, electromagnet value and magnetic head; which can visually evaluate the magnetic change of magnetic components during the workmanship (such as electroplating, annealing and welding); it can also be used for magnetic measurement of magnetic label, magnetic anti-forgery ink and cemented carbide.

CIM-3200HC Coercive Force Meter adopts vibration sample zero flux detection sensor, with high sensitivity and accuracy. The test method confirms to the requirements of GB3656-83, GB13888-2009 and IEC 60404-7.

CIM-3200HC Coercive Force Meter can test sample by operating the panel under the condition of stand-alone machine and can also test by upper computer software control. 

CIM-3200HC Coercive Force Meter with optional PC-6616 data acquisition card and SMTest software, it can measure the hysteresis loop and basic magnetization curve of soft magnets with close-circuit samples. 

3. Composition

CIM-3200 HC Coercive Force Meter is composed of industry computer, CIM-3200HC Coercive Force Meter (control mainframe), MATS-2010SD Hysteresisgraph (exciation source), LZ-840 Fluxmeter (electronic integrator) , terminal box and test platform.

CIM-3200HC Coercive Force Meter (main frame)

1. ARM control technology; various signal treatment algorithm; fast fuzzy algorithm; digital filtering algorithm and intelligent ΔB control technology

a. Smart Mode: It is suitable for unknown sample which are above 20A/m, the test time is relatively long for this mode. It can be used to detect the coercivity range of sample, and then use the manual mode to test.

b. Manual mode: It is suitable for sample with known range of coercivity. It is used together with “4” key sample coercivity range.

c. Fast Mode: It is suitable for unknown sample which are above 1000A/m, here the affect of geomagnetic field can be ignore.

Test platform 

1. Test platform is composed of detection mechanism, solenoid and feeding fixture. 

2. Solenoid: In physics, the item “solenoid” means the multiple winded wires, the wired internal is empty, when there is current cross the wire, the internal of solenoid will produce the uniform magnetic field.

3. The detection device is composed of motor, transmission mechanism and detection mechanism. The detection mechanism installed on the transmission mechanism, with the drive of motor, detection mechanism fast and accurately moves along with the linear guide-way to detect the work-pieces and send the data to the Coercive Force Meter for processing and display on the LCD.

4. The feeding fixture is composed of pressing module, adjust module and fixture box, which is used for locating work-piece rapidly and accurately. 

Put the work-piece into the fixture manually, pull the adjust module downward can rapidly adjust the pressing module, when the pressing module is near the work-piece, release the adjust module and then rotate nut clockwise; screw moves towards left and press and hold the work piece.

WARNING: The diameter of work piece should be less than the outside diameter of fixture box.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to servicing or adjusting any instrument returned to our factory for that purpose. The warranty period is 18 months. On returning the equipment under warranty, the buyer bears the costs for the shipment to LINKJOIN; LINKJOIN bears the costs for returning the device to the buyer. However, the buyer bears all the costs for shipment, taxes and duties, if the device is returned to LINKJOIN from abroad.

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the product or later on the date of installation of the product if the product is installed by LINKJOIN, the warranty period begins on the 31st day after delivery, provided that if you schedule or delay the LINKJOIN installation for more than 30 days after delivery.

LINKJOIN warrants the product only if it has been sold by an authorized LINKJOIN employee, sales representative, dealer or LINKJOIN headquarter.

The warranty period does not apply to defects of product result from improper or inadequate maintenance, repair or calibration;unauthorized modification or misuse; improper site preparation or maintenance. Caution: the hall probe is easy to damage; it's not in the warranty scope list.
