3 year warranty for the other parts,

our clients can ask for free maintenance in 3 years .

Predictable Problem Solution

1. Assembling: Assemble instruction and helps will be provided, Assembling video will be sent if need.
2. Parts Missing: Missing parts will be sent no more than 3 days, after confirmed.

After sales service
1.10 years for structural steel frame ,3 yealstery, handgrips, all other items not listed ,5 years for painting ,1.5 year for cable/belt, bearings, springs 

    2 years for uphors for rotary bearings, weight stack, pulley, guide rods and structural parts
2. 2% total value easy-broken parts will go with goods for free;
3. We suggest you update new machine 5 years per time; During this time, any parts missing or broken, just let us know, parts will be sent to you ASAP. And you should share the parts cost and transportation fee.
