Work principle
Heating stage (time: 147 minutes)
High pressure and high temperature air is removed by compressor, firstly, the inlet air directly through one tower of dryer to heat, then enters the cooler and then into the gas-water separator, water become liquid and enter the another tower of dryer, finally, the dried compressed air discharged from the outlet.
Buck stage, after heating, the regenerative tower makes the pressure reduced to atmospheric pressure
Cold blowing stage (time: 87minutes)
After the buck, in the heated stages, the tower are heated bypass valve bypass, high temperature saturated moist air is cooled directly into the cooler, and then through the gas-water separator, dry and enter pipe network, export dryer part of the flow through the orifice end of the column body is heated, then it is cooled, and finally through the exhaust of the regeneration
Boost phase, cold blowing finish, start boost
