Frequency screw air compressor energy conservation principle:
Because motor’s speed and air compressor consumed power are first power relationships, reducing the motor’s speed are same as reducing power consumption. Frequency screw air compressor use gas pressure and gas consumption in pressure sensors in real time detection system. By the controller and drive the PID regulator for precise control, without changing the compressor motor torque(the ability to drag load) in the case of changes in the speed of air compressor (the output power),thereby adjusting the system pressure of the compressor and meet output air demand. When the system gas consumption decreases, the compressor provides greater gas consumption in the system, the inverter automatically reduces the compressor’s speed. Otherwise, in order to increase the compressed air, increase the motor’s speed. Keeping the system stable pressure and achieving constant pressure air supply.
