12mm water jet cut tempered shower glass  is processed by float glass, heated to softening point around 700 ℃ through heat treatment processing. Then cool it down repidly and smoothly on the glass surface so as to bring very strong tensile stress inside of glass and much stronger pressure stress on its surface, thereby increasing the strength and thermal stability of the glass. Our shower door is strictly compliance with the BS EN 12150 srtandard, and can apply the clear Shield coating for low maintenance on clean.
