1.    Q: Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

       A:Yes, your logo and company name can be printed on our products and packing, such as gift box, operating instruction, carton.

2.    Q: Why does my machine smell like it’s burning?

        A: Initial heavy use of it will cause curing of the motor windings. This curing gives off a burning smell and is typical for wound motors. This smell will quickly dissipate after a few heavy uses.  motor is designed to protect itself from overheating. If the motor should overheat, it may emit a burning smell.If the machine stops due to overheating, turn the power switch off for up to 45 minutes, allowing the machine to cool down or reset. Reset time will be extended if high room temperatures exist.

1.     Q: How can I get samples?

        A: We can supply some free samples(total value under $10) if you have a DHL/ TNT/ UPS or FedEx account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight.

  l  If the total value of samples is more than $10, we would like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight, we will send the samples to you after getting your payment.

  l  If you don’t have courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company, or send us the sample charges together with the courier cost by T/T.

  l  The charges both sample and courier cost will ve return you once the mass order placed.

2.     Q: How much the courier freight will ve charged for the smples?

       A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight, carton size and your area.

       A: Normally 35-45 days.
