1.Rust-proof Treatment--Sand Blasting

Sand blasting is the most important process for the rust-proof of fitness equipment. It will help get rid of all the dirts on the surface before color coating. However some factories don’t have this treatment for cost saving. (Below is the comparision of structure before and after sand blasting).

2.Rust-proof Treatment--Thicker Coating

In the past, the thickness of our color coating is 80-120μm, which is thicker than average coating of fitness equipment on the market. But to improve rust prevention, we now increase the thickness to 130-150μm.

3.CAD Drawings-Installation Instructions

Once you place the order, we can freely offer the Installation Manual. And other detail list about product, such as component list, we also can do it. Just please inform us in advance.

4.Different Color Choices

The colors of our fitness equipment can be customized according to customer's requirements. As you see below, apart from our standard color match (green+grey), we also have orange, yellow, dark green, red, black, etc.

Q1: Can I make the playground colorful?

A1: Yes, sure. We have a range of colors for plastic and metal parts.

Q2: What's type of installation way?

A2: Major two types. If installed on concrete, only make the post end with plates

and fastened with bolts to the concrete. If installed on sand or grass, need to

make the post end 30cm longer, which will be buried underground.

Q3: How to maintain the outdoor fitness?

A3: Please check components especially bolts and screws regularly.
