Product description:
SKI-SC contains three main parts: Solar Collector, Working Station and Water Tank. The solar collector installed on roof or wall. The tank contains double copper coil, and it can be put anywhere as you want, so the whole system is harmonious with the building. The heat was transferred from solar collector to the tank by controller. The system not only heats the water with solar energy but can use other energy. High efficiency and cost save. And if the sunshine is not enough, the user can apply to electric heating element for back up. Even if in cloudy or rainy day, the user can enjoy hot water. It is ensured that when using heat pipes no water goes into the tube and there are no incrustation, no bursting. Moreover, water can go upward at anytime.
Working Principle:
When the temperature difference between solar collector and tank reaches the set value, the controller will start the circulation pump automatically. The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate. The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by lower heat exchanger in the water tank . When the temperature difference between solar collector and tank doesn’t reach the set value, the circulation pump will be shut automatically. In case the temperature of the water tank does not reach Tmax, Electric Heating Element will start to work automatically. The higher copper coil can connect with other energy. As shown in Fig-3.
