Paper feeding unit

1.The light alloy aluminum back-kick vacuum adsorption paper feed mechanism with several groups of rolling bearing to ensure more steady machinery operation.

2.Left and right baffle and back baffle position are controlled by computer and electric digital. The side baffle is equipped with pneumatic trimming facilities.

Printing unit

Die cutting unit

 

1. The die cutter phase is controlled by computer and electric digit.
2. The die cutting scraper could be adjusted horizontally with computer and electric digit control ranging from +5mm to -mm.
3. the glue roller cuts the trimming mechanism and cushion could be used for many times and save the use cost to a great deal.
4. the cushion roller’s mechanical horizontal and cam facility from +35mm to -35mm could raise the service life of the cushion of the die-cutting.

Function of slotting unit

 

1.The horizontal movement structure of slotting tool rest, cooperated with precision master screw and bronze screw and glided bar could ensure more flexible movement and accurate orientation of upper and lower cutting.

 

2.The phase and weight of the slotting are controlled by computer and electric digit, in addition, it’s equipped with protective anti-collision equipments without damage to the machines.

 

3.the horizontal movement and mechanic joint of press line wheel and slotting blade are controlled electrically.

 

4.The elastic and corner cutting knife structure could cut off three and five layers of cardboard without any adjustment, which is quite convent.

 

5.It could be equipped with portable punching die holder.
