Characteristics:

 

1. This machine consists of the paper-bearing shelf, corrugated host, splitting machine and glue mixer.
2. The corrugated roller of core components is made of the 42CrMo quenching by vacuum stove and fine grinded.
3. The way of guiding paper is negative pressure adoption type.
4. The heating way: electricity heating, liquid petrol gas, stream. And thermal oil heating, all the above mentioned way can be selected by the users.
5. The type of corrugation: A, AC, C, CB, B, E and the other 21 kinds of the size of the corrugation type.

1. the corrugating roll is made of chrome molybdenum alloy steel.
2. UV type is selected for corrugated rollers, which are elaborately designed with lower take up ratio and high cardboard intensity.
3. Corrugated roller ground with advanced molding and computer indexing technology and guarantee the size of corrugation conform to national standard.
