Functions and features:

    This production line is suitable for large quantity automatized manufacturing and it can produce good quantity corrugated cardboard which can meet national standard completely. Higher productivity, better paper board quality, adoption of central control system, simple and easy operation, convenient to repair and maintenance, reliable and safe, greatly lower degree of manpower requirement. This production line adopts the most updated source-saving mode which get heat from the high-temperature guiding oil. Compared with the steam heating, it reduces the source by 60%so that cut the cost effectively. It is economical ideal product and suitable for big and medium carton manufacture.

4. Single facer: the diameter of the corrugating roll is 265mm-310mm, the power is 11 kw-17kw.

5. Double layer gluing machine: using the top and middle layer for gluing and the bottom for conveying the reel paper.

6. Drying machine: the total length of the machine is 10 meter and it is consist of molded axle.

7. Slitting machine: there are thick knife and common knife for choosing. High degree automation and easy operation.

8. Transverse cutting machine: there are four matching mode which are computerized and mechanical single-double knife for client to choose.

9. The coal consumption for the boiler is 120kgs/hour. the boiler belong to the energy-saving type without pressure. It wont consume the oil within two hours from 0°C starting the machine.

1. This machine is composed the paper-bearing shelf, corrugation main machine, splitting machine and glue mixture stirring machine.
2. the core components-corrugation roller is made of the 42 CrMo quenching by vacuum stove and fine grinded.
3. the way of guiding paper is negative pressure adoption type.
4. the heating way: electricity heating, liquid petrol gas, steam, and thermal oil heating, all the abovementioned way can be selected by the users.
