Seed coater uniformly covers seeds with chemical product, realizing plant protection, mixing pesticide and fertilizer with seeds before sowing,. Its application is becoming more and more extensively. The coater behaved the international advanced level, holding independent intellectual property.

1. Seed feeding system employed impeller-type-and-consecutive-feeding feeder, regulating by stepless control. Feeding system of chemical product employed stepless-control-and-consecutive-feeding metering pump. It can realize fine processing.

2.  Main components of the coater included centrifugal pulverization drum, flexible screw blender unit, and flexible rotary clean unit. It can realize uniform distribution of chemical product on the seed, with low crashing ratio, low noise, easy to clean.

3.  Intellectualized control system based on PLC. LCD touch screen was employed as man-machine interface. On the interface, operator can input three parameters such as productivity, specific gravity, ratio of seed vs. chemical liquid. Then the control system automatically set the feeding rate of seed and chemical liquid.

4.  The feeding of seed and chemical liquid switch on or switch off in sequence, running according to interlock mode.

5.  The system ensured synchronous, consecutive, quantificational and steady feeding of seed and chemical liquid.
