The Group is made up of four subordinate enterprises: Shandong Mulan Electric vehicle Co., Ltd., Jinan Gladway Import & Export Co., Gladway (Kunshan) Industrial Design Center, and Gladway (Southeast Asia) Marketing Branch Corp.
