Pad Printing is a process that accomplished using an indirect offset printing process that involves an image being transferred from the printing plate via a silicone pad onto a substrate (surface to be printed). We usually use it for printing on the stirrers with smooth surface. 

Hot Foil Printing is a process that is used to decorate items with various designs under embossing. Other names for hot foil stamping. We usually use it for embossing logo stirrers in golden color or silver

Question 1: how to control the quality ?

Answer: control  the raw material one by one step.

                - check raw material sample before mass production

                - quality checking during 20% mass production

                - quality checking during 80% mass production

                - quality checking before sending raw material to producing department.

Question 2: how long will you deliver the goods ?

Answer:  20-25 days for 1x20ft container net production; We usually hope to get 30~40 days for 1x20ft container to avoid unexpected bad situation.

Question 3: What is the payment term ?

Answer: T/T 30% deposit & 70% against copy BL or LC at sight.
