The working principle of centrifugal spinning machine is through the centrifugal force generated by the mold rotation along its own center line to shape the concrete. So the circular degree and straightness of the axis have a great influence to the mold centrifugal shaping. In the process of mold clamping, the joint imprecise can cause out-of-round of running wheel and more concrete accumulation in the tail end of the mold. The out-of-round and concrete accumulation can cause un-straight of the mold. If the mold is not straight, the molds bounce will intensify the wear and damage of running wheel and mold.
