Introduction

Raw cashew nuts are sized into 3-5 grades according to the width. After it is steams and dried naturally, it is shelled with our shelling machine.

Model CS-20 is manually operated. Operators place cashew nut to the cutter, and finished the shelling operation by stepping the foot pedal.

Model CS-45 is semi-auto operated. Operators put cashew nut in the feet inlet by hands. There are six feet inlets on each machine. Then the cashew nuts can be shelled both by stepping the foot switch or automatically.

Model CS-45A is automatically operated. All input, shelling and output are automatically done.

Because CS-20 and CS-45 are input manually, the capacity of machine determined upon operators’ proficiency. The capacity stated in the specification sheet is of a skilled operator.
