Installation Guideline:                                                                                                  

1. Cut pipes: Cutting the length needed of the pipe, the notch should be perpendicular to the pipe axis, have no burr, keep clean. Establish the suitable length of welding on the pipe.

2. Heat melts the welding machine to prepare: According to installing the pipe specification, assemble heat melting device well, put through the power;

3. Heat is melted and joined: Hot to melt welder reach working temperature (on light have ) prepared pipe, it is hot to melt mould hair of welder reach the suitable density for pipe fittings to insert, heating after the time to stipulate, the fast one has not inserted the pipe whirlingly on the pipe fittings, connect the place and forming the even flange, keep 2-5s, natural cooling.
