Water Treatment(Pure Water Cleaning System)
This equipment is most suitable for beverage production line, to make the raw water clean and pure. It is mainly including:
1/ Water pump: To transfer the raw water from resource to water treatment.
2/ Silic sand filter: It is the use of quartz sand as filter medium, under certain pressure, the high turbidity water by a certain thickness of granular or the grain of the quartz sand filter, effectively intercept to remove the suspended solids in the water, organic matter, colloid particles and microorganisms, chlorine, smelling and some heavy metal ions and so on, eventually to reduce water turbidity, water quality purification effect of a high efficiency filtration equipment.
3/ Active carbon filter: As a water treatment desalination system pretreatment can grade filter before adsorption can't remove the residual chlorine, can make the ro plant long life, and also remove the peculiar smell, colloid and pigment, heavy metal ion.
4/ Na+ exchanger: To remove the water calcium and magnesium ions, make the water good taste and softner.
5/Precision filter:To remove the impurities bigger than 0.5um, reduce the RO machine cleaning working pressure.
6/ RO system: Reverse osmosis membrane can intercept the water of all kinds of inorganic ions, colloidal substance and macromolecule solute, thus to obtain the net is made of water
7/ UV sterilizer and ozone sterilizer: To kill the bacteria and viruses in the water, the water can be long time life.
8/ Water storage tank: To store the pure water before filling.

1. We provide the complete machines' layout, design according to customer's factory.
2. We provide the complete English manual book for customer, all the machines' touch screen operation is English words, we have Russia, Spanish, Portuguese, French..ect to choose.
3. After delivery, we will send our engineer to customers' factory to install the machines and also train workers how to operate and maintenance. Engineer's salary: 80USD/Per day.
4. Our warranty time is 18 months after the machines installation.
5. We provide the 12 months easy broken spare parts as free, and also provide the spare parts book to customer.
6. Payment method: 30% T/T as deposit after signature the contract, 70% T/T or L/C after inspection before delivery.
7 Common delivery time: 45-70days after confirm the bottle and cap design.
