1. When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

2.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. The samples are free of charge, you only need pay for the transportation freight.normally, we send you A4 size samples, while the samples cost can be refundable after you place the order.

3.How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

4. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

5. How many tons can load on a 20GP or 40GP container?
This depends on the size and grammage or thickness you need , please send the information of your requirements to our email , then we will calculate the weight for you.

6.How can I know if my goods have been shipped?And how do I get my tracking No.?
A proof photo of the goods can be sent to you before shipment is made . We will also supply the tracking number one day after shipping.

7. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

8.What is the usual payment term of your orders?
We accept TT or L/C at sight.

9.What's your claim treatment system?
