2.What is your shipping way of the goods?

    For small order quantity, we always send by DHL or EMS base on different destinations, if your order quantity reaches our MOQ you can enjoy the free shipping service.

      For OEM order, we quote FOB Shenzhen by FCL/LCL base on order quantity.

3.What about your product quality?

    Our quality is AAA quality and is 100% inspection by our IQC and OQC during production and finish production. Moreover, every order before shipping our QC will recheck one by one carefully to ensure no defect pcs will be sent.

4.What is your after selling service?

   We have 6 months warranty, if you find any problems after receiving the goods, pls contact our sales representative or contact our after sell account(Skype:dido.chen) for negotiating how to solve the problem. We accept replacing or refunding the defect pcs which are caused by us, for the defected pcs by misusage after recept will not be included in our guarantee articles.
