Q1: What's your minimum order quantity?

A1:. Our MOQ is 20pcs/order, accepting models and colors mixture. For new clients, sample order for evaluation can be supported, but the unit price is difference from wholesale price.

Q2: Will your LCDs work for all iPhone systems? 

A2: Our LCDs are workable for systems IOS5.1 and higher. 

Q3: What package do you use for the products?

A3: Regularly, neutral high crush-resistance foam white box for inner supporting retail, and carton for outer. Customized package is available based on certain MOQ.

Q4: Can I print my own brand logo on your product?

A4: OEM orders are highly welcome. Please write us the details of your logo, user manual and box design (if you have) before you send us inquiry. In this way we can offer you most accurate answer at the first time.

Q5: What payment terms do you accept?

A5. We accept T/T, Western Union, Money Gram, Paypal and Escrow. Price by Paypal or Escrow is 5% higher than by others for extra charges.

Q6: What shipping ways do you use to support fast delivery?

A6: DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS and EMS. For sample, we can help to arrange HK Post to save your shipping costs if the sample is not needed in urgent.

Q9: What's your warranty policy?

A9: When you get the goods, please check the models, quantity, quality and our company sticker. If you have any problem of the goods, please contact our sales. No responsibility for expire.

1. 1.      No return or exchange of the sold products except for quality problems.
2. 2.      No guarantee for the original goods without our label.

3.  No return or exchange for the following products:

1. A.     Out of the expiration date guarantee for 6 months.
2. B.     LCD broken, flex cable broken, LCD connector broken, IC area broken.
3. C.     Any parts lost or products soaked.
4. D.     Torn or missing protection film results in screen scratched
5. E.      Welded or installed products.

4   Test products to ensure the quality problem will change as follows, but not for return.:

A. No display of the goods.

B. Abnormal display such as no light or have dark points

C. Insensitive touch screen.

D. Slightly folded flex result in abnormal display.

E. No image, or display abnormally.
