Cylinder Carts and Trolleys

 

We produce rotational moulded polyethylene cylinder carts and trolleys for industrial usage. These carts are mostly preferred in textile sector. Carts consists of two parts: i) monoblock polyethylene part and ii) its metal construction and wheels. Cylinder cart’s body consists of bearing fittings with three ball bearings. Cylinder cart provides perfect rotation around its own axis. Metal material used provides strength, convenience and easy ride of carts. Ball bearing wheels of desired type and size are used. A4 pockets are available on the carts. A metal rim is available at the curly mouth part of the cylinder cart protects cart mouth from bending.

 

Cartsare monoblock (one piece) and not combined by way of  seam, rivet, wipe joint and stitch. No welding, sealing, riveting, spot welding are used. Antistatic (no electrification). Carts are flexible due to its low density raw material (PE) and unaffected by sunlight (its color does not decay). Hygenic, not cancerogenic. Economic and long lasting (high durability). Non-porous and absorption-resistant which prevents mould, mildew, fungi or moss growth. Does not rot, crack, warp, splinter or decay. Resistant to impacts,corrosive substances, oils and fuels, insects, sea salt spray and other environmental stresses.

 

Color: Can be produced in desired color: natural, black, green, light green, red, yellow, blue, purple, grey

Production Sites: Mersin or Istanbul, Turkey production sites, depending on logistical advantages.
