Rubber Magnetic sheet is made of ferrite magnet powder and synthetic rubber or plastic (CPE, NBR etc. ) by calendering process. Rubber magnetic sheet can be bent, twisted, coiled, punched, and otherwise machined into almost any shape without loss of magnetic energy.

 

Working Temperature	Operation temperature range is recommended from -20oF to 130o F(-30o C to 55o C).
Flexibility	At 68o F(20o C), the materials above can be coiled to a 1/2''(12.7mm)radius without cracking.
Specific Gravity	3.5-3.8
Standard thickness	0.5mm, 0.75mm, 1.5mm….7mm (+/-0.03mm)
Cutting	Scissor-cutting, knife-cutting, die-cutting, slitting are easy
