1. Q: Can I customized the remote control by OEM ODM?

A: Of course you can! OEM&ODM are welcome! It can be customized  logo, color, pattern, printing, packaging design and style etc according to your requirement.

2. Q: Shall we place a sample order first? Can we get free sample? And how?

A: Sample order first is welcome! 1-5 pcs free sample can be provided depend on the material stock if no need to open new mould. More samples pls discuss with us on sample charge if need. Delivery freight will on your side if terminal address is out of Shenzhen City, China. 

First, please contact with us and confirm us with all of your requirements. 

Then, we’ll put the sample order into production promptly if free or after we received the payment if need sample charge. After that, the samples will be sent to you by air/express/sea as per your request… Last, you can go ahead with the mass order. 

3. Q: Do we have to pay moulding charge? 

Normally if open new mould need moulding charge. To pay by your side or by our company side depends on your order qty and our agreement on order termsin between our two parties. We need to negotiate this case by case. 

4. Q: What’s your trade terms?

A: Incoterms: we can offer EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP terms for unit price quotation as per your request. 

Terms of payment: Mainly we accept payment By T/T, Western Union, Paypal, etc. For mass order we acccept T/T, Western Union 30% deposit in advance against order placement, and the balance before the shipment. Paypal normally accept for sample charge. Payment term may be different in between different countries' customers. Our company reserves the right of final interpretation. 

5. Q: Do I have to order under MOQ? 

A: Yes. We have to request MOQ from 1000-5000pcs depend on models and function request. Normally MOQ is 2000pcs/item for regular models. 

6. Q: How do you guarantee the quality? 

A: We test remote control's function 100% of mass goods during mass production under IS09001:2008 IS014001 quality control standard. We also passes UL factory evaluation and rank first tier High quality supplier list by GMC national standard authority. Raw materials are all new material. You will be satisfied with our remote control product quality and prices. 

7.How long is the production lead time for the samples or mass orders?

Usually within 1-7 days for samples. And 12-20 working days for mass orders after deposit received depend on order qty under 100,000pcs/order. Our production capability is 1-3 million pcs/month. 

8. Q: How to ship the order?

A:  Please inform us your instruction, by sea, by air lift or by express DHL/FEDEX/TNT/UPS. Any way is ok for us to arrange your shippment refer to price term. We have very professional forwarder to provide the best shipping cost, service and guarantee. 

9. Q: Can I place order with Trade Assurance? 

A:  Sure. You can place order online through Alibaba Trade Assurance Order Management system. We are Alibaba recommended VIP supplier with annual exports over USD5,000,000. Until Apr. 2016, we have got USD530,000 trade assurance value quota authorization by Alibaba.
